We provided architectural services in regard to improvements to fire, security and catering facilities to the building. This work involved the refurbishment of this nationally significant Protected Structure for The Department of Foreign Affairs. The project scope covered the provision of a new communications centre, a new lift, security suite, fire protection and catering facilities including a Portland stone extension to the main façade on to St Stephen’s Green. Other works included rationalisation of the existing building services, new substation and asbestos removal.
