Residential Development, Dublin 6

This project is for the redevolopment of a 0.5 acre car showroom and workshop site in a residential conservation area. The solution created two terraces of town houses (11 in total), each with their own distinct character, and each reflecting characteristics of the victorian neighbourhood. High ceilings, well proportioned rooms and west facing gardens were features of the project.
