Refurbishment and extension of a former bank building, a Protected Structure, for office and retail use. Works included full internal and external refurbishment including re-pointing the existing brick and stone facade. The building was extended over the original garage, and a penthouse office suite added over the entire building in a contemporary style which creates an interesting and successhful relationship between original and new.
