Mews House, Dublin 6   This project was to replace a warehouse with 3 houses on a narrow, 15 m wide, mews lane site. The main concerns of height and density were been overcome with careful design of the front elevations and a multi-level plan. Although the site was narrow, it was very long, which allowed a deep plan. The problems normally associated with this type of layout i.e. dark central areas were overcome

House Refurbishment, Dublin 8 This was a refurbishment of a 1860’s red brick terraced house near the city centre.
